KINGSTON, JAMAICA – Ten students have been selected as recipients of the National Housing Trust’s (NHT) prestigious Construction Scholarship. The recipients were chosen from a competitive pool of over 210 applicants.

MSMEs and Charitable Organisations have until May 31, 2025 to apply

The National Housing Trust (NHT) today announced the extension of its Employer Arrears Amnesty, offering employers and charitable organizations additional time to settle outstanding contributions and avoid penalties.

Residents of Manchester Parish expressed overwhelming excitement as Prime Minister Dr. the Honourable Andrew Holness and key officials broke ground on the National Housing Trust's (NHT) Mount Nelson housing development on Friday, March 7th.

Those were the words uttered by 48-year-old, Marsha Thompson, one of the recipients of the National Housing Trust’s (NHT) Perth Phase Two Housing Development in Manchester.

The journey home for Marsha was an interesting one, as her property search initially led her to a home on the open market. On the day of the viewing, she fell ill, and said it was so bad she ended up cancelling her visit. As fate would have it, she got a call the very next day informing her she was selected for a two-bedroom house at the NHT’s Perth Housing Scheme.
