The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites security firms registered with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) to submit tenders to provide 24-hour (7 days per week) security services (armed and unarmed guards), for a period of six (6) months (including public holidays and weekends), at the Perth Housing Development, Phase 2 (Lot 1) located in Manchester.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
The successful security firm will be required to:
- Provide 24-hour security services (armed and unarmed guards);
- Secure the entire property and all its contents, by patrolling the grounds and ensuring that no part of the housing units (fixtures or fittings) are removed from the property without the NHT’s authorization; and
- Ensure that all access to the development is restricted to persons, vehicles and equipment duly authorized by the NHT.
LOCATION
The property is located in Perth, Manchester, and at its most northern point is 4.83 kilometers from the Mandeville town center.
ELIGIBILITY TO TENDER
Tenderers must provide:
- Evidence of tax compliance
- A copy of a valid Public Procurement Commission (PPC) registration certificate in the category of Safety & Security Services – Guard Services
- A copy of a valid Private Security Regulation Authority (PSRA) certificate licensed as a Contract Security Organization, for the firm

RETURN OF TENDERS
Bid must be submitted online on or before Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Bids will be opened online via the e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm on the same day, immediately following the bid submission deadline.
