The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites security firms registered with the Public Procurement Commission to submit tenders for the provision of 24-hours (7 days/week) security services for a period of six (6) months, at The Village of Colbeck Housing Development, Phase 1 and 2, St. Catherine.
SCOPE OF SERVICES:
The successful security firm will be required to:
- Provide 24-hour security services (armed/unarmed guards, canine and handlers);
- Secure the entire property and all the contents of the buildings (fixtures and fittings);
- Ensure that all access to the development is restricted to duly authorized personnel or persons of the NHT including vehicles and equipment.
LOCATION
The property is located approximately 3 kilometres northwest of the Old Harbour Town Centre, along the St. Catherine and Clarendon boarder and within close proximity to the communities of Aviary, Colbeck Manor, Old Harbour Glades, and New Harbour Village St. Catherine.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Tenderers must provide:
- Evidence of tax compliance
- A copy of a valid Public Procurement Commission (PPC) registration certificate in the category of Safety and Security Services
- Copy of a valid Private Security Regulation Authority (PSRA) certificate licensed as Contract Security Organization, for the firm.

RETURN OF TENDERS
Bids must be submitted online on or before Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Bids will be opened online via the e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm on the same day, immediately following the bid submission deadline.
