Gladstone Johnson, a St. Ann native and a proud Yorkist (York Castle Alumnus); has been employed to the Trust for 30 years. His tenure at the Trust started in 1990 as an Accounting Clerk in the Finance Department. In 1995, he was promoted to Supervisor, Mortgage Accounting and then to Regional Manager at the St. Ann Branch Office in 2000.
In 2004, he was again promoted to Operation Support Manager, then Assistant General Manager, Contributions Processing in 2008 and thereafter General Manager, Contributions Management in 2017.
Mr. Johnson has certification in Project Management from Boston University, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Liverpool University and is also certified in Procurement. He currently serves as Deputy Chairman of NHT’s Procurement Committee.
For his great work ethic and contribution to the Trust, Mr. Johnson received the Managing Director’s Award for Excellence in 2002.
He has represented the NHT in Track and Field at the Business House level and was the Sports Club President for over 10 years.
Mr. Johnson enjoys music and gardening and is also an avid hunter.
