The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites contractors registered with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) to submit tenders to undertake rehabilitation works to the apartment building for the Olympic Court Apartment Complex in St. Andrew.
SCOPE OF WORKS
The successful contractor will be required to provide all labour, materials, tools and equipment associated with the rehabilitation of six. The scope of works includes:
- Demolition and site clearance
- Excavation and earthworks
- Masonry
- Paving the driveways and parking area
- Metal work
- Painting and decorating
- Construction of a garbage disposal house
LOCATION
The property of works is located at Olympic Court, Olympic Gardens, St. Andrew.
ELIGIBILITY TO TENDER
Tenderers must provide:
- Evidence of tax compliance
- A copy of a valid Public Procurement Commission (PPC) registration certificate in the category of Civil engineering OR general road works with a minimum grade 3 AND building construction with a minimum grade 4.

Bid packages are available for download from the GOJ’s e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm, from Tuesday, November 11, 2025.
RETURN OF TENDERS
- Bid must be submitted online on or before Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.
- Bids will be opened online via the e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm on the same day, immediately following the bid submission deadline.
N.B.: “The NHT reserves the right not to award a contract to any party with whom it is currently in litigation or with whom it has been previously involved in litigation.”
