The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites qualified registered civil engineering firms to submit proposals to undertake geotechnical (sub-surface) investigations to determine the sub-surface conditions of the site so as to define design parameters at Dundee Housing Development, Trelawny.
LOCATION
The property is located approximately 10 kilometers (6 miles) south-west of Falmouth town centre.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
The successful civil engineering firm will be required to:
- drill nineteen (19) boreholes at specified locations and depth (including coring, on site moves, etc.), and seven (7) boreholes for percolation tests
- conducting Dynamic Cone Penetration (DCP) tests and laboratory tests; and
- providing a geotechnical report with an analysis on the findings
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Consultants must provide:
- Evidence of tax compliance
- Evidence that the Lead Geotechnical Engineer and the Firm are registered with Professional Engineering Registration Board (PERB)

RETURN OF DOCUMENTS
Proposals must be submitted online on or before Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Proposals will be opened done online via the e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm on the same day, immediately following the proposal submission deadline.
